SubTrack Privacy Policy

SubTrack (“the App”) is an offline-first subscription tracker. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.

Summary

SubTrack does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data.

All subscription entries you create are stored locally on your device.

SubTrack does not use ads or advertising identifiers.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information or analytics data from the App.

SubTrack does not send your subscription list, renewal dates, notes, or any other content to our servers.

How Your Data Is Used

Your subscription data is used only within the App to:

display your subscriptions and renewal dates

calculate totals and upcoming renewals

generate reminders (if enabled)

Data Storage

All data you enter is stored locally on your device. You control it.

Data Sharing

We do not share data with third parties because we do not collect data from the App.

Purchases

If you purchase a subscription through Google Play Billing, the purchase is handled by Google/Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive basic purchase status from Google Play to unlock Pro features.

Children’s Privacy

SubTrack is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

Because SubTrack stores data locally and does not transmit your subscription data, your information stays on your device. You can further protect it using your device’s security features (PIN, biometrics).

Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time by:

deleting subscriptions inside the App, and/or

uninstalling the App (which removes local app data)

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and publish the updated policy on this page.
